• Managed plant operations and coordinated dispatch for 4 power plants in Texas following WM's acquisition in 2013.

• Oversaw a team of 5 employees in the aggregate processing and testing labs.
• Monitored testing processes to comply with ASTM standards.
• Supervised processing and testing to guarantee timely and correct execution.
