Worked as a part of the Engineering services team in Cerner Healthcare India. My team was responsible for building, enhancement and supporting application which are used by most of Cerner Healthcare. I was part of the offshore team handling responsibilities of engaging with other Cerner groups to gather requirements, architect and build tools for their usage, release management, performance tuning, application scaling and collaborating for enhancements including automating the processes.

Tool to raise requests to get PN access to the project

Consultants would manually send request for PN access to the project owner through email. The PN Owner would manually login and validate each request from the email and approve for the Project Management Team to add the consultant to the PN. This was a cumbersome process and often lead to delay which affected the forecast process for the revenue team. To address the above we developed a web application where the consultants would raise a request against the PN and the tool validates for the criteria specified and approved in minutes.

● Was involved in carrying out detailed root cause analysis and provide with the design changes and solutions to the tool.

● Worked on the design implementation and leading the development activity of the tool.

● Primary contact for change requests and end users.

● Created flexible code to handle dynamic data.

● Integration of the JIRA API, Version One API to the tool without distorting the existing functionality

● Tools was used across the organization due to the productivity and efficiency.

PNAutomateSuite of a PeopleSoft process using Selenium

It was developed for the automation of the process of adding an associate to the Peoplesoft capturing all the scenarios.

● Responsible for coming up with the complete approach for this automation.

● Individually handled the architecture, design and development of the automation.

● Successful collaboration with the internal teams for the implementation of the updates with minimal disruption.

● High Risk Automation as this is directly related to the revenue and this has been implemented successfully with no errors.

This is a tool developed to track and update the status and the data related to all the billable projects.

A Testing Management tool for the Build – Audit testing in Consulting

Web application tool which annotates the discrepancies between Build and Audit sheets there by reducing the manual effort to visually compare a Data Consolidated Worksheet (DCW) to Audit which is used by the consultants during the implementation of the healthcare suits.

Validator Tool

This is a tool created to eliminate the manual effort of validating the links on the organization WIKI pages.

High Volume Claims Testing Application

This application was developed to read/parse the X12 EDI files (835 and 837) to validate the file data for compliance and capture the data.

● Tool developed using Windows Presentation Foundation.

● Worked closely with the SME and business analysts to fully understand and define and implementation of the solution.

● Responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of the tool.

FD Kassa Teller Finance application

FD Kasse teller is a banking application used by bank employees to perform various activities like Deposit, Withdrawal, Transfer, Foreign Exchange. The core purpose of the project is to re-write the existing application from VB6 to VB.NET.

● Analysis of the VB6 Code, Identifying the 3rd party controls and document them with the time analysis.

● Identify and replacement of the existing 3rd party controls with efficient alternate controls in reference to the .Net component.

● Perform coding after the migration with the best coding practices of FxCOP and Style cop

● Responsible for the SCRUM and release of the modules.

Suites of Retail Application Upgrade

This project is related to the migration of about 100 applications of one of the US largest retail industries from VB6 to Dot Net technology. These applications are related to the new store creation facilitating applications, storage maintenance, financial applications and many more.

● Analysis of the existing VB6 applications, Identifying the 3rd party controls and document and categorize them with the time analysis.

● Identify and replacement of the existing 3rd party controls with efficient alternate controls in reference to the .Net component.

● Creation and document unit test records, Migration report, Client release notes, Query logs.

● Responsible for handling of small team and ownership for suites of applications and allocation of tasks to the team.

● Handled client calls for the requirement process and UAT.

Retail Finance Application Suites

The core purpose of the project is to re-write the existing application to Dot Net Windows application using WPF MVVM from Power Builder with all the existing features. These are the Retails domain applications which manages the generation of the LC, Payment reviews and approval, Invoice Maintenance, Report generation and administrative activities.

● Analyze the power builder code and document it, capturing of the unit test records for each application.

● Development of the application using C#.

● Perform code review after the migration with the best coding practices.

● Responsible for the SCRUM and release of the modules.

CAMPUSNet

This project aimed to manage the different processes in the university campus providing modules for the admissions, payroll of the staff, hostel, library, canteen, attendance, class sessions, fell collections etc.

General Motors Finance Tools

This is a web application Global Solution smart-link Services (GSS) developed for the General Motors aimed to bring together all the GMAC dealers across countries under a single web portal and provide integration of the dealers for the GMAC systems namely wholesale online, workbench and global sales.
