My profile includes generating sales of products in the pharmaceutical industry from Maharashtra and Goa, executing marketing strategies like seminars, customer training programs, webinars, etc. Generating repeat business through exceptional customer service and responding to customer concerns with amicable service. Helping plan schedules for the service team as per service demands. Management of spares. Handling escalated queries and obtaining resolutions from principals. Analyzing service reports to identify areas of improvement, looking after people management, recruitments, and training for new joiners.
I started my journey with Saksham Analytical Instruments Pvt. Ltd. As a Service Engineer, I ended up as an Assistant Manager of the service department. I followed up with customers during and after installations to verify the level of satisfaction. I developed and maintained positive relationships with customers to build rapport and trust. Negotiations with the customer to secure the best prices for parts and supplies. Monitoring service staff performance and providing feedback for improvement, hired, trained, and supervised a team of service staff members to meet business goals.
