Project: Migration of SCADA - FactoryTalk SE to CI Server SCADA for a SHELL Gas Plant
Client: Shell, Canada
❖ Analysing the existing SCADA, Generating Symbols, Replicating the Static Screens, Creating Classes & Objects, Linking the Objects to a Static Screens to meet the Existing SCADA requirements, Checking Static Screens and Dynamic testing by simulating the FT SCADA.
❖ Conducting FAT, establishing communication with the Actual PLC for Commissioning and Troubleshooting the Punches given by Client.
❖ Worked in 100+ Process screens, Summary Screens and Popups.
❖ Corrected the Address Format issue between FT and CI Server. Added features such as Alarm Summary, Bypass Summary and Historian Pages.

• Analyzing the breakdowns, tripping and major variance in performance levels and organizing to bring back normalcy.
• Ensuring field implementation of various initiatives for optimizing the production and productivity parameters
• Experienced in Maintenance of control system & field instruments of power plant. Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems.
• Experienced in working on control circuits & trouble shooting of faults, suggesting improvements.
• Calibration and repairing of various types of Flow, Pressure, Level and Temperature instruments.
• Adept at supervision, co-ordination and managing day-to-day and round clock operation, preventive and breakdown maintenance of various activities of all specialized services and utilities using utility management packages.
• Diligent communicator with strong relationship management, leadership skills and good team player for achieving aggressive tasks.
