  • This project was to develop a performance management solution for BT's 21 Century Networks.
    The solution analyses and processes performance information available on network elements and its element managers and generates operational and customer reports, threshold crossing alarms for passing into the network alarm management tool set. The solution will provide network platform health monitoring, session monitoring, service quality monitoring and traffic monitoring, capacity management reports.
  • Started as a Design Engineer at British Telecom’s 21CN Performance Management System. I worked with the NOC team from British telecom and helped them identify the Performance Management requirements and Metrics for their 21CN.
  • Started with a 5 member team and eventually grew it to a 30 member team handling the Design, Development and QA within a span of 8 months across UK and India.
  • Took up the role of Delivery Manager for British Telecom via Infosys Technologies Limited.
  • Maintained proper staffing levels to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Implemented and supported The NOC Team at client site - Adastral Park, Ipswich UK.
