- Design Test Fixtures, P&ID, Prepare Test Plans & Develop Test Procedure for API Seals.
- Design Piping Layouts that connect Pumps, Lube Oil Heater, Lube Oil Cooler & API Plans.
- Developing /Modifying New/Existing Test Setup.
- Overseeing the constructions and installation process of pipeline and test equipment.
- Preparing Performance Test Reports and Offer To TPI/Clients for Review.
- Planning and scheduling the meetings with clients and third party inspector (TPI) to witness and get approval for Dynamic & Hydro-Static pressure Tests Performed on pump seals and plans.
- Face Grooving procedures for the Dry Gas seal faces, Unidirectional and Bidirectional grooving process.
- Assembly and Disassembly of Dry gas seal test Equipment.
- Design of the dry gas seal Testing equipment and test fixtures, tools etc.
- Preparing Bill of Materials for the Testrig using ERP.
- Developing 3D models using Solid works.
- New Project: Design & development of triple seal test rig for the Hydrostatic of 163bar pressure & Dynamic testrig for 105bar pressure, 1500rpm speed.
