• Coordinating with teams across 26 different locations and reporting the summarized process points to the management.
• Performing Risk Identification and Risk Assessment and preparing Audit Response for all the processes.

• Auditing the critical areas of Revenue, Segment Reporting Banking & Treasury and Journal Entries of Genpact Limited (PCAOB audit) on a global level being the Group Auditors of the Company listed on NYSE.
• Performing Risk Identification and Risk Assessment and preparing Audit Response for the above mentioned processes.
• Auditing the implementation of ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and ASC 280 (Segment Reporting).
• Planning the audit including preparation of Audit Plan, Materiality, Scoping and completing all engagement risk formalities.
• Preparing Audit Committee presentations for quarterly and annual reporting.
• Performing audit of Internal Control over Financial Reporting as per SOX 404 over Entity Level Controls and processes over Revenue, Segment Reporting, Banking & Treasury, Journal Entries and Financial Reporting & Accounting Process.
• Entrusted with analyzing complex customer contracts, verifying the ‘Management Discussion and Analysis’ along with filing of Form 10K and 10Q to the SEC, auditing standalone geographical business segments and coordinating with component auditors & client in various countries such as China and Philippines.
• Conducting audits under the Indian Companies Act and tax laws for Companies following IFRS converged Ind-AS and Indian GAAP.
