In my capacity as a Senior Practice Head of Advisory, my principal role is to lead and develop the Advisory Practice at Robosoft, with clear topline and gross margin responsibilities. In my current role, I am also working closely with the Strategy Office in ensuring the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects.

As a Principal Consultant with Nihilent’s Enterprise Transformation Group, I had the responsibility to win consulting assignments for Nihilent and lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams to deliver customer outcomes.

• Continuously develop and institutionalize knowledge assets, tools, and methodologies to standardize best practices and accelerate delivery across engagements.
• Led cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver customers' mission-critical assignments.

At YES Bank, I was part of their Business and Digital Technology Solutions team, spearheading solution design related to various digital banking products, such as mobile banking, an employee-facing mobile application, and a chatbot, among others.

• Worked closely with the Business Product teams to manage the product roadmap.
• Liaised with internal technology teams to develop a solution design for YES Bank’s digital applications.
• Continuous backlog grooming is necessary to ensure a delivery pipeline.
• Oversee the delivery and tasks of the Quality Control CoE, and sign off on the production release.
• Partner with business teams to digitalize YES Bank’s customer-facing services through bots and mobile applications.

As a Senior Consultant, my role was largely centered around spearheading the delivery of key consulting engagements across geographies.

• Lead business consulting assignments for Nihilent’s customers across geographies.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and quality of outcomes for consulting engagements.
• Assisting the Enterprise Transformation leadership in the development of effective sales collaterals, research papers, and case studies.

As a Senior Manager with the Business Solutions Group, I was leading multiple teams to drive strategic initiatives for enabling the Customer Services and Operations team at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

• Act as a single point of contact for all Change Delivery initiatives.
• Work closely with Business and IT teams to develop the IT product roadmap.
• Oversee the development of the business requirements document, functional specification documents, test strategy document, and test cases.
• Manage process changes across the organization at a national level.
• Drive continuous improvement programs for Customer Service and Operations.

As a team member with the Technology Operations team, my prime responsibility was to gather business requirements from various customers of BillDesk and work closely with the core technology team to productionize the change.

I managed the end-to-end back-office processes for ICICI Bank’s corporate credit cards and secured credit cards. Plus, I managed the entire credit card cancellation back-office process.
