Support access attribute updates such as email changes, password resets, and user creation/deletion directly via API-based solutions.
Provide specialized support across OTM-GTM, Lease Accelerator, Pega Cloud, and Oracle EBS platforms for user access and security roles.

Company Soft Spin & Hard Spin (Entity Separation Project): Played a pivotal role in Western Digital-SanDisk business split, driving Segment Value Security (SVS) design and implementation. Partnered with reporting teams to build SVS-based reporting logic, enabling automated and clean data access segregation across the newly separated entities.
China Joint Venture (JV) Implementation: Successfully managed end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud user and role migration for a new Chinese JV spin-off. Led activities including HCM configuration, audit enablement, user creation, and role setup ensuring the JV operated as a standalone ERP entity.
