Project Objective:

The objective is to support NNIP’s existing application, enhancement to the existing application and develop new modules / application as business needs. Few of modules like New Price Source as BVAL, Solvency II, Implementation of MOST (Windows legacy system) in Markit EDM WEBUI, Enhancement for Implied Volatility Publication, Security Master, Rating Master, Price Master, Data Quality Report, Rate Master, Curve Master, Master Volatility, Black Rock Trade Processing, Publication to Simcorp.

Delivery model we follow in current project with SPRINT (DevOps) methodology.

Key Deliverable sprint items as part of DevOps –

· Markit EDM WEBUI Infrastructure setup

· Implemented WEBUI for DM static (Bloomberg Security Setup, Exception Summary, Publication and override screen)

· Adding new source BVAL in existing pricing flow.

· Implementation of Simcorp Reconciliation Process

· Phase 1 implementation of MOST (Windows legacy system) in Markit EDM WEBUI

· Responsible for solution development using Markit EDM and Sql Server.

· Responsible for end to end onsite application management across multiple business teams using Markit EDM at a major Investment Banking corporation in The Netherlands

Project Objective:
The objective was to work on Investment LOB; wherein Cognizant was assigned the task for report validation, upstream and downstream application testing, ETL testing, Database testing and web service testing. Charles River IMS (CRD) is an order management application which dealt with trade lifecycle; so the QA activities in this area was to test the impact of upstream applications on CRD and monitor application behavior. QA also has the task to monitor job cycles and batch processing, batch deployments, package deployments and more.

OFI transforming all the business flow which currently handled by ESM system to markitEDM system which accepts trade information from various upstream application like Barclay, Bloomberg etc. to downstream applications like PRIME, CRD, IDW etc. by transforming business logic which handled by markitEDM.

Project Description
Oppenheimer Funds is a leading investment company based out of New York. The project involves with end to end testing of all the involved segments of application. These products, till the booking of the trade and also the impact of the trades on different accounting, payment and regulatory reporting.

Role and Responsibilities

· Gather requirements from the Business Analyst/SME’s, Test Planning, Test Strategy and Test Estimation by attending sprint pre-planning and planning sessions.

· Preparing different test case documents like System/Regression/Functional Test Cases and Test Scenarios fulfilling the Business Requirement of the system.

· Perform System Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Database Testing, Report Testing, Cross Browser Testing, Migration Testing

· Prepare test summary reports, acquire test sign-offs and attend retrospection meetings

The main objectives of Solution for PRicing INTegration (SPRINT) is to prepone/bring forward in time, the Dutch Pricing Data Management processes from the currently implemented time window and align the timings with the current Luxemburg pricing schedule implemented in the OTC Tool.

SPRINT consists of five different phases with multiple test items combined together to confirm the application meets the documented functional, technical and quality requirements of the project. During System testing data quality and correctness will be confirmed across all the modules and systems within the scope of the project.

Project Description:

The Time, Attendance & Payroll project (TAP) is a joint project between TMS and TFS with the

Objective to replace the existing system called ‘eTime’. eTime is a web-based workforce Management system that captures associate’s time and attendance. The current system is being

in production since 2005 and it serves approximately 3500 TFS users.

The goal of TFS portion of the project is to successfully launch a new Time and Attendance Solution provided as an asp services by ‘Workforce Software (WFS)’ with minimal customizations

and automate the time and attendance processes and integrations with dependent systems. The scope of this project for TFS will be focused only on the integrations with TFS systems.

From TFS perspective, systems to be impacted include: Workday (HR), NICE

(For schedules and clock data for CSC), CARS (Compensation & Reward System), SEC1 and FMLA/LOA system. (Note: While the Workday integration is not changing for this project, it is used in conjunction with the time and attendance data for the FMLA interface.)

· Editorial Interface (EI): - This is a web application by which editor from different location can enter all business news, financial related document. Basically this application is meant from client internal purpose only.

· User Interface (UI): - This is a web application by which data entered through Edititorial Interface are available for end user.

· Feeds: These are window applications in XML and CSV format which are generated on the basis of data entered through EI application.

A Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is the industry standard application used to manage quality data and manage the quality assurance laboratory function. The LIFT Solution is a global, centrally based Laboratory Information Management System. The key component of this solution is Sapphire LIMS – Supplied by the Lab Vantage Solutions Inc and is the primary LIMS application.

The LIFT System provides a description of the activities connected with laboratory management. System deals with efficient management of every event conducted in a lab on the samples. The LIFT system will provide functionality in support of the business process.

Sapphire is a LIMS application that contains a combination of rich functionality and simple user configurability, providing laboratories with a robust solution that will help them decrease costs, and improve quality, productivity, and profit margins. It has a concept of a paperless laboratory. Sapphire has been integrated around 15 functional modules.

This is an Enterprise Application Integration Project. BizTalk Server, C#, and SQL Server used as technology. This project known as GMB. The main functionality is messages is coming from different application which is received by “receiver pipeline” and in GMB (which is nothing but a BizTalk engine) the application is decoding that incoming message and encoding it again and send it through the destination pipeline.Usually different type of input we are receiving from different source and the application is sending it to its end user as per the needs in an encrypted format.
