I am a Computer Science and Engineering graduate with Masters in Data Science Engineering qualification and PGCBM from XLRI, possessing 24 years of experience in IT industry in domains i.e. Telecom, Health Care, Insurance, Financial etc. Out of which around 15 years in Telecom vertical . 16 years dedicatedly involved in Software Development & Consulting , Maintenance & Support, Project Management and Onsite Customer Delivery Manager (Texas, US). 8 years in Pre-Sales role of Bid Program Management and responding to RFX responses. My current role as Principal Solution Architect / Solution Integrator with designation Group Manager, responsible for writing technical solution response, designing architecture, Delivery Operating Model, Rebadging deals, Commercial model, Governance Structure , Tabulation of KPI and SLA for proposals involving Managed Services, IT Transformation, Vendor Consolidation, Resource Rebadging, Cloud Migration , Legacy Migration, Application / Product UI/UX enhancements, Data and Analytics, Network Operation and Machine Learning Models. A Data Science enthusiast with M.Tech. degree in Data Science engineering, possess hands on experience of Machine Learning Model and thesis on Deep Learning based Sentiment Analysis to capture project health from daily mails exchanged in the project team. As a passionate learner I have started PhD Part Time education at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Design Innovation Centre with my research on technology design in the 2022 Spring Semester. I am PMP (Project Management Professional), APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professional), CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst) externally certified, Scrum Master, Transition Manager and holding Business Management 12 months certification from XLRI Jamshedpur. I am presently working on a research work on Telco sustainability initiative to reduce Green House Gas Reduction key levers and implementing 5G & its related technology and Digital Twin for emission assessment.
