- Development of PROTACS and other small molecules for cancer targets by screening compounds from our client library and making compounds in-house at Syngene to find potential PROTACs to inhibit cancer targets
- Expertise in Cell proliferation assays, HiBiT degradation assays, Western blot degradation assays and biochemical assays such as ADP-Glo assays
- We are also working on the development of Ubiquitination assays to monitor the effect of inhibition of the protein targets
