• Conducting the Welder Qualification Test (WQT) and reviewing of Welder’s performance at
  regular intervals.
• Review out the WPS for various Welding Processes according to ASME B31.3 ASME Sec – IX, s
  for Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Dissimilar Materials.
• Day to day inspection i.e., fit up, dimensional, welding inspection and NDT Co-ordination etc.
• Checking the baking system for welding consumables and Pre heating and Inter pass Temperature
  of welds.
• Monitoring stress relieving activity and verification of PWHT charts.
• Checking the weld and base metal composition using PMI (Positive Material Identification) as
  per client’s procedure.
• Inspection of piping-system wise and confirm it is according to P & ID Diagram, Isometric
  drawings.
• Preparation of all kinds of documents, reviewing of LHS and getting reviewed with clients, TPI
  and Project management Teams.
• Carrying out Material inspection as per project standards and reviewing its documents and getting
  approved from Third Party Engineers and preparation of MRIR report.
• Interpreting Radiography Film after RT and recommending necessary repairs.
• Conduct line walk-through as per project standard requirements to isometric and P&ID drawings.
• Undertaking of QA/QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.
• Communicating with sub-contractors for further NDT activities and taking responsibility for
  completion of the job and witnessing to get it done before client inspection.
• Preparation & Witnessing of Hydro test in Process Pipes and in Pipelines.
