Projects

• Led the overhaul and customization project of SAMAR Air Defense vehicle, saving INR 30 lacs, which played a pivotal role in OP SINDOOR 2025.
• Led the structural refurbishment project of missile Eqpt of all WAC units to achieve a total cost savings of 20% (approximately ₹2 crore) and a 500% increase in MTBF.
• Spearheaded an in-house pilot project to convert obsolete IAF air compressors into runway sweepers with an endurance of 45 minutes, thus reducing aircraft ground incidents by 5%.

• Commanded a diverse set of 120 men to undertake combat operations, ensure 24x7 combat asset readiness through effective preventive and predictive maintenance, and conduct crew training and skill upgradation programs.
• Undertook extensive deployments during Op Balakot and provided air defense to the National Capital during republic day on three occassions.

• Resurrected one of the critical Unit Combat Equipment deficient on 80 assemblies through obsolescence management, Vendor development and in-house fabrication tasks to increase Unit operational capability by 20%.

• As system executive in Technical Support Department, responsible for aggressive post production countermeasure campaigns, Tech Trg in service workshops and product life-cycle enhancements.
• Led the most advanced and sensitive segment of Passenger Car SRS (airbags) and led the JI team with Takata Corp making significant design mods and campaign recommendations in one of the most popular models of Hyundai, which led to a 100% reduction in related customer complaints.
• Conducted Trg programme to certify Technical Co-ordinators (CoTech) in 810 dealership workshops leading to 25% reduction in escalated complaints.
