- Working Agile methodology and taking the complete ownership of new functionality coming as CR.

- Creating the test design document which involve Test scenario, Test cases and Test steps.

- Handling 2-3 different CR's alone and delivered successfully.

- Handled 3-4 critical CR alone and delivered it successfully with zero production defects.

- I was leading the project of 9-10 Members.

- Allocating the test cases to the team and following up with them on the execution.
