Project Description:

DC Data Conversion team is involved in the transformation and loading of participant data for DC (Defined Contribution 401(k)) plans as a result of corporate actions, mergers or new business. Will be involved in data conversion for OLB (Online Beneficiary), data validation for TCBS (Total Compensation and Benefit Summary), enhancement projects, CDC (Client Data Control) support requests and ad-hoc reporting requests. Will work with teams including the onshore Implementation Conversion Services and Data Conversion Implementation Systems. Will develop conversion applications and routines.

• Received Appraisals for making the regular tasks simpler by automating the process.
• Designed a website "DCI INFO CENTER" with purpose of maintaining repository for Domain Knowledge and Business process which is user friendly and easily accessible .
• Successfully implemented 2 startegic clients with asset size of $2 Billion without any defects.
