• Developed a 3D model for a Plumbing and Fire Protection design discipline.
• Ensured that the model aligned with the standards and goals set in the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Collaborated and coordinated internally and externally with other disciplines' design changes and model changes.
• Coordinating MEPF services to create a clash-free model.
• Prepare the clash detection and coordination reports using Revit.
• Prepare the quantity take-offs from the model.
• Ability to work independently and take initiatives, while displaying commitment to contribute and learn from the wider team.
