The part of my work is start from onboarding of new employee, salary processing of every month and full and final settlement.
The reconciliation of different-different reports every month like- Salary Register, CTC Master, New Hire retro calculation, Salary Variance Report, TDS report and statutory report like- PF report, LWF report and PT report.
Verifications of JV report and Accrual report for accurate booking of payout in account ledger.
Maintained accurate records of employee pay structures and personal data.
Collected employee time information from employees or supervisors and validated information.
Checked payroll to identify discrepancies and independently resolved variances.
Fielded requests for information from employees regarding payroll, answering questions about payment dates, amounts and tax or benefit numbers.
