Core Banking transformation for a large private wealth banking client for 2 entities, replacing Olympus with Temenos Transact as a core, FCM as financial crime mitigation, TAP as wealth front office, and TDS as a data source for security instruments.

• Managed requirements for all retail products in core banking, which include accounts, loans, deposits, and payments. Identified and analyzed business strategies to increase company longevity.
