  • As part of the first role, I am responsible for conduct of feasibility and cost benefit analysis, defining project scope and deliverables, estimate time, cost and resources, preparation of budgeting plans and techno-commercial offers for the customers, preparation of draft contract, defining stage payments, supplementary agreements, involve in contract conclusion processes, preparation of Project schedule (PERT), macro and micro level planning, risk identification, quality and resource planning etc.
  • As DGM(Production Electrical), I am responsible for handling Electrical Production activities, procurement of resources for execution of electrical work packages, plan and execute production milestones, assign tasks to team members, communicate progress to stake holders and higher management, ensure smooth communication and workflow, ensure adherence of production activities with PERT towards timely completion of the Project. In addition, conduct regular periodic review meetings between Yard and all stakeholders of Indian Navy to resolve and iron out various teething issues/ bottlenecks affecting the Project timelines.
  • As part of Business Development, I coordinate with various friendly Nations of interest for business development and enhancement, maintain liaison with service providers, identify opportunities, prepare and forward business proposals, techno-commercial offers, interact with Defense Attaches of different countries, higher officials at Ministry of Defense and Indian Navy towards conclusion of Memorandum of Understandings (MoU)/ contracts.
