• Spearheading efforts as a Shift In charge at Main Plant Sub Station i.e. 132/6.6KV and 220KV/6.6KV. Handling all the complaints given by different departments regarding the functioning of various electrical equipments; following -up of electrical isolation permit procedure and preparing Power Report on daily basis regarding the power consumption of the plant. Managing shift operations of the plant with final responsibility for achievement of targets while providing direct technical support to operators and technicians to ensure establishment of optimum operating conditions.
• Execution of assigned jobs by adopting various safety permits and also review SOP and SMP for the job.
• Effectively handling project planning, scheduling and handling the projects on time also following up with customer, and different internal departments for Step-by-Step activities getting done during execution of project
• Implementing and planning preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipments in the substation by operational readiness with zero accident concepts; handling the Calibration of Energy Meter and maintaining the record on regular basis.
