  • Handling team of 16 members & ensuring all the SLA are met.
  • Reviewing Journal Entries and Balance sheet reconciliation in Blackline

  • COE Model: Delivered COE model from earlier BU model (model transitioned from onshore team) which helped in delivering productivity benefit of 7.16 FTE.
  • BOT Implementation: Implemented BOT for uploading reconciliation into Blackline which helped in delivering productivity benefit of 1 FTE.
  • Peak Load Rationalization: Automated 59 tasks using QPA’s, discontinued 26 reports not used by anyone & 37 tasks shifted outside close which helped in delivering 2.76 FTE
