• COE Model: Delivered COE model from earlier BU model (model transitioned from onshore team) which helped in delivering productivity benefit of 7.16 FTE.
• BOT Implementation: Implemented BOT for uploading reconciliation into Blackline which helped in delivering productivity benefit of 1 FTE.
• Peak Load Rationalization: Automated 59 tasks using QPA’s, discontinued 26 reports not used by anyone & 37 tasks shifted outside close which helped in delivering 2.76 FTE
• MJE Anomaly This is a controllership project to identify variations in the Journal posting is WIP

• Owens-Corning (Mar’17~ Sep’19)Transitioned RTR process (closing & reporting) from incumbent and stabilize the process in a short span.
• Kennametal (Mar’16 ~Feb’17)Transitioned of Plant accounting in 2 phases: Phase-I in Apr’16 & Phase-2 in Oct’16 with a small group of 6 resources and stabilize the process in short span.
• Modus Link (May’15~Feb’16) Was given a 56 member’s team as Overall Lead for the US/EU/Asia region for a supply chain company but contract expired, hence so could not continue longer there.
• Reed Elsevier (Nov’08~Apr’15)Handled a 25 member’s team as a Team Lead for the US/EMEA region for a publishing company. Transitioned the Royalty Accounting process from Amsterdam and stabilize the process in short span.

• ERP implementation, Partnering Elsevier business in the ERP implementation tool ‘R12’ from Oracle 11i by providing support in terms of citing operational challenges, designing, conducting UAT Test/sharing observations and ensure smooth BAU during transformation phase.
• Close Optimization Project, Actively involved in the Close-Cycle reduction project which helped business in reducing month end close by 1 day - from Day5 to Day4 close.
• Process Hygiene, Improvement & Standardization, Implemented daily scoreboard dashboard for the invoice processing which helped the IP team in their daily track of volume & backlogs. Introduced Global Close Checklist at an activity level... so that tracking & reporting can be done more accurately during month end. Driven continuous process improvements through Lean/ process digitization having worked during pre-transition, transition and process stabilization phases. Delivered productivity of 2 resources by applying standardization across US/EMEA activities and streamlining similar process done differently.
• Prepared complete floor layout and seating plan for the new business of 225~FTE for US based customer.
• Business Continuity Plan, Took up additional responsibility as a BCP SPOC and created strong governance around BCP (business continuity) for 225~FTE for US based customer by building better controls and creating testing mechanism (Cold Test & Hot Test) so that the team is crisis ready. This got recognized by Genpact leadership and appreciated by client management. This was pre-pandemic… as now the people working from anywhere which is new normal.
