Erection of structure of Semi Mobile Crushing Plant. Erection of Apron feeder, primary & secondary size, Rock breaker & their alignment. Fit up & alignment of technological structures of conveyor, pulleys & its drive, belt laying. Trial run, commissioning of motor, conveyors & all other mechanical equipment. Erection of RLS System and commission. Prepare protocols. Contractor Billing.
- PROJECT: Coal Handling Plant for JVR OCP, SCCL (10 MTY) (CLIENT: SCCL) SATHUPALLI, TELANGANA Plan and supervise the manpower required for a specific work. Fabricate the materials as per BOM, if required. Fit up & alignment of technological structures, erection of Plough Feeder, belt laying, assembly and erection of Tripper & RLS. Erection of Sampling System & commissioning. Erection of Air Blaster and Air Receiver & Lift with commissioning. Trial run, commissioning of motor, conveyors & all other mechanical items and Prepare Protocols.
- PROJECT : Coal Handling Plant With Silo & Rapid loading system (5 MTY) (CLIENT: BCCL) MAHESHPUR, DHANBAD Plan and supervise the manpower required for a specific work and erection of technological structure, Sampling system, pipe line (Fire Fighting, Plant Cleaning, and Dust Suppression, water Treatment etc.). Erection and commissioning of Pump (Fire Fighting Pump, Main Pump, Jockey Pump, Diesel Pump). Erection and commissioning of Rock breaker, Tripper and Dust Extraction (DE) System, Metal Detector. Operate Rapid Loading System during PG Test & 1 year operational period. Checking faults & doing maintenance as required. Maintaining updated reports for RLS.
