• Overall In-charge of Engineering Department of Bhavnagar Division, maintenance and upkeep of Track and Works on BG section of 1333 Kms and Meter Gauge section of 303 Kms.
• Planning, monitoring and execution of track for safe working of trains. and other civil works of Stations, service buildings, residential buildings.
• Planning and execution of capital infra structure works over division. Being Budget officer of the division planning and management of funds for all the branches division for capital and revenue works.

Work Executed :

• Maintenance and upkeep of Tracks and Works on BG section of RJT-SMNH section from Jetalsar to Somnath (113 kms) and MG section – JND-VSW, VRL-TAV & TAV-PCC (280 kms).
• Planning, monitoring and execution of track for safe working of trains and other civil works of Stations, service buildings, residential buildings.
• Co-ordination with RVNL for Gauge conversion work of Sabarmanti-Botad section (168 kms) for approval of GAD, Bridge drawings , L-sections, Yard plans, buildings and platform drawings, LHS/RUB works, Closure of Level crossings etc. for successful and timely completion of project.

Work Executed :

• Maintenance and upkeep of Tracks and Works on BG section of RJT-SMNH section from Jetalsar to Somnath (113 kms) and MG section – Sabarmanti-Botad (168 kms) & JND-VSW, VRL-TAV & TAV-PCC (280 kms).
• Planning, monitoring and execution of track for safe working of trains and other civil works of Stations, service buildings, residential buildings.

Work Executed :

• Planning, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of ON TRACK MACHINES for track maintenance and other new line works over three division AHMEDABAD, RAJKOT and BHAVNAGAR division of W. Rly .
• Additional charge of Fourth division VADODARA from November 2016 to April 2017.

Work Executed :

• Procurement and management of track components and small track machines for targeted track works and other maintenance works of the division. Monitoring and managing of USFD testing work over the division. Monitoring and managing of day to day work of engineering control, track cell, drawing, stores, estimation, budget and engineering establishment sections.
• Planning collection and disposal of iron scrap generated on the entire division.
• Monitoring and management of Track Management System module for its implementation over the division.
• Management of divisional training centre for imparting training to Pway, Bridge and Civil Work staff of the division.

Work Executed :

• General maintenance and water supply of Stations and colonies between Surat to Godhra section of Mumbai – Delhi Rajdhani BG Line, Godhra to Dakor section, Vadodara yard colony, Electric loco shed, MEMU shed, running rooms etc.
• Construction of SSI buildings, Hostel for Loco trainee, platform sheds, extension of platforms, raising of platforms, multi storey quarters of type-I, II &III and type IV quarters.

Project : Rebuilding of Bridges of Mumbai Division under Special Railway Safety Fund (SRSF)

Work Executed :

• Rebuilding of Br No. 318 on Mumbai – Delhi Rajdhani BG Line by Box pushing method. Box of size 2Nos of 5.5Mx 6.0M 15M Box Segment under span and 1No 6.0Mx5.5 M 28M Box through embankment, including removal of existing steel girders under traffic block.
• Rebuilding of Br No. 358 on Mumbai – Delhi Rajdhani BG Line – 10x18.3M span PSC box girder, on RCC pile – 12000m dia end bearing, earthwork in embankment for diversion length, track linking work and joining of new tracks with existing tracks under traffic block.
• Rebuilding of Br No. 359 on Mumbai – Delhi Rajdhani BG Line – 11x18.3M span PSC box girder, RCC pile – 1200mm dia end bearing, earthwork in embankment for diversion length, track linking work and joining of new tracks with existing tracks under traffic block.
• Rebuilding of Br No. 400 on Mumbai – Delhi Rajdhani BG Line – 9x18.3m span PSC box girder, RCC bored friction pile – 1000m dia 25M deep, earthwork in embankment for diversion length, track linking work and joining of new tracks with existing tracks under traffic block.
• Rebuilding of Br No. 401 on Mumbai – Delhi Rajdhani BG Line –18x18.3m span PSC box girder, RCC bored friction pile – 1200m dia 25M deep, earthwork in embankment for diversion length, track linking work and joining of new tracks with existing tracks under traffic block.
• Rebuilding of Br No.407 and 410 on Mumbai – Delhi Rajdhani BG Line by Box pushing method. Box of size of 2.5Mx 3.0M 25M Box Segment through embankment.
• Rebuilding of Br No.17 on Surat – Jalgaon BG Line– 4x18.3m span Steel plate girder, RCC bored pile – 1000m dia 25M deep including removal of existing steel girders under traffic block.
• Strengthening of Br No. 442 on Mumbai – Delhi Rajdhani BG Line by jacketing and providing of CC aprons.

Project : Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Delhi

Work Executed :

• Construction and commissioning of Shastri Park Operation Control Centre. At Shastri Park. Construction and commissioning of Office Block for Delhi Police ACP & SHO offices, 80 bedded Police Barracks for Delhi Police and 50 bedded Barracks for Private Security guards at Shastri Park.
• In addition to these planning , tendering and execution of various small works required for commissioning and integration of these three stations Welcome, Seelampr and Shastri Park.

Project : Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Delhi

Work Executed :

• Construction of Welcome and Seelampur Station on Shadra -Tiz Hazari Section of Rail Corridor. Construction of Bored Cast in situ piles - 1m dia 20M to 30M deep, RCC pile caps, piers, arches, RCC portals with cantilever arches for platform covering, various architectural flooring, false ceilings , false floors, cable trenches, various type of tile flooring, vacuum dewatered concrete flooring, acid proof tiles, stone cladding, stone grills, various special ornamental works, stainless steel grills, railing etc. , concrete paver works , water supply, fire extinguisher system , various other works required for commissioning of electrical , S&T , Telecom, AFC gates , Ticketing counter , ATC etc.
• Welcome Station being the first station to be completed on Metro Network which was completed well ahead of start of Metro service. Honorable PM Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji inaugurated the Metro rail service at the function held, at Seelampur Station.

Project : Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Delhi.

Work Executed :

• Survey work and fixing of alignment, Quantity surveying, acquisition of land, surveying and co-ordination with local authorities for shifting of utilities and permission for tree cutting.
• Construction of composite embankment with earth and flyash of length 3.0 Kms, RCC bored cast in situ piles, raker pile, pile cap foundation, piers and abutments, PSC girders upto 22M span, Continuous RCC solid deck slab bridge, retaining walls upto 7M high earth retention, construction of cable trenches on embankment for electrical and signal cable laying of 6.0 Km length.

Work Executed :

• General maintenance and water supply of Ratlam colony and sections between Ratlam-Nagda, (BG 54 Kms) + Ratlam- Mandsaur (MG 85 Kms) and Diesel shed Ratlam.
• Construction of infrastructure such as Wheel lathe machine shop, Microwave station building, Traction sub station building, Divisional Pway training centre, laying of 3 kms of CI pipe line and maintenance of 18 kms of CI and RCC hume pipeline.

Work Executed :

• General maintenance and water supply of Jaipur south colony and sections between Jaipur to Swaimadhopur.
• Construction of 2.25 lakh litre capacity RCC overhead tank on 30M staging, staff quarters Type-I to Type-IV.
• Improvement and Modification of Train control office at Jaipur. Construction of subordinate rest house.
• Improvement to circulating area of Jaipur (MG) station to improve traffic flow and access to station.
• Construction of Boundary wall of length 3.0 Kms to control encroachment of land.

Work Executed : Worked as Visiting consulting engineer for M/s Mupnar Films, Pithampur Limited after commissioning of plant and for M/s Nirma Detergents Works, Pithampur during construction of pile foundation and framed structure.

Project: M/s Mupnar Films Limited, Phase-III Pithampur, DHAR (M.P.). A Unit for production of Bi-axialy Oriented Poly Propylene (BOPP) film in collaboration with M/s Bruckner Corporation of Germany.

Work Executed : RCC double bulb under reamed pile, pile caps, RCC framed structure and RCC roof for production halls (2nos-14x85 M clear span of beams 14m), machine foundations, flooring with concealed cable trenches, civil works for electrical installation of 2no 33KVA substation, Battery room for 33KVA UPS system, Air handling units with ID and FD ducts, multistory residential complex, administrative block, canteen and other ancillary civil works.

Work Executed : Supervision and execution of RCC framed building, brick work, plastering, flooring,

machine foundations of unit for manufacturing of Precision tools.

Project : Sugar factory and Distilleries

Work Executed :

• Design of RCC and Steel Structures, Quantity surveying, Estimating, preparation of Tender Documents for Sugar Factory projects executed in State of Maharashtra.
• Worked as Architect`s Site Incharge from layout stage to commissioning of the sugar plant M/s Tuljabhavani Shetkari Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Limited,Naldurg, Tuljapur, Distt Osmanabad (MS) having Sugarcane crushing capacity of 1250/2500 MT per day.
• Supervision and execution of RCC foundation for main plant building, stone masonry work, hardonite flooring, heavy machine foundations, fabrication and erection of steel columns & trusses of main plant, AC sheet roofing & AC sheet cladding, sugar godown of 1lakh bag capacity, Store building, machine shop, Stone masonry water tanks, spray ponds, residential complexes, administrative blocks, guesthouses, water supply system from jackwell to overhead water tanks, weighbridges, steel chimney, water channels and various associated works for commissioning of sugar plant.

Project: Universal Electrodes Pvt Limited, Pithampur , DHAR (M.P.) unit for manufacturing of Welding Electrodes

Work Executed : Supervision and execution of RCC framed building, brick work, plastering, flooring, machine

foundations including fabrication and erection of tubular trusses.
