Track Alignment Engineer – High-Speed Rail (MAHSR Project) Core Competencies
Experienced Track Alignment Engineer with over 8 years of professional experience in the planning, review, optimization, and implementation of track alignment for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) Project, India's first high-speed rail corridor. Specialized in the design and verification of horizontal and vertical alignments for 320 km/h Shinkansen-standard infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Japanese design standards and operational safety requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
v Plan the work as per client requirement.
v Make a Layout and setout of the building according to the architectural intent.
v Built wireframe of the structure and applying connection of each of every member as per Structural design criteria.
v Prepare steel set out drawing & cast-in-plate positions for panel detailer for dealing the panels.
v Prepare RFI for required information and control the correspondence.
v Controlling member marking and issuing the model.
v Producing and detailing of structural steel drawings such as
Ø Holding down bolt plan (HDBP), Or Anchor bolts setting plans
Ø Fitting Drawings with CNC data and profile drawings
Ø Member Shaft Drawings with CNC data,
Ø Fabrication Drawings with associated sections,
Ø Multi Member Assembly Drawings with associated sections,
Ø Rod-brace list and Drawings,
Ø Wall-brace list and Drawings,
Ø Purlin Drawings (cold rolled members),
