• Total plant ash handling and utilities (like screw compressors, DG and water pumps etc.) operation & maintenance planning and establish
• All weigh bridge (3X100 ton + 1X60 ton) maintenance planning & establish
• Maintain all equipment history to furnish life of equipment
• Planning to procure required material and control store consumption as per production
• Maintain all equipment and records as per ISO norms.

Join as an electrical Asst.HOD and promoted as manager in 2009

• 3X100 TPD DRI Plant total electrical panels, equipment & ESP erection and commissioning.
• Participated in main PCC panel and 1.5MVA transformer erecting and commissioning.
• Total plant electrical and instrumentation operation and maintenance
• Involving 12MW power plant ESP erection and commissioning
• Daily observe & optimize the power consumption
• Good communications with other divisions (SMD RMD Power Plant) and participate to solve in any major breakdowns.
• Initiated new projects that resulted in increased productivity across all departments.
• Iron ore crusher special circuit erection and commission
• Monitor and enforced safety measures at work areas

• Plant operation & Maintenance planning in shift wise and execute
• Managed shift schedules, coordinating employee leaves and overtime to maintain optimal staffing levels at all times.
• Maintained detailed records of plant operations, preventive maintenance and ISO documents.
