- Collaboration with BA's and Dev's for product grooming activities for better understanding on the Functional requirements
- Participating in release activities to perform quick basic sanity testing on new versions in Production environment
- Responsible on incident management for end user queries and blockers
- Participated in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospective sessions as part of Agile development process
