PRIMARY

  • Handled 2600 employees in on roll & off roll.
  • Strategy for current and future business needs through the development, manpower planning, engagement, motivation, reward and recognition of workforce.
  • Designing talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Formulating career development plans.
  • Overseeing complete hiring, joining, orientation formalities and database of new employees.
  • Oversee the digitization of HR transformation & company infrastructure.
  • Designing organization structure, roles & accountabilities, salary, wages & incentive structure.
  • Drafting HR policy in alignment with legal framework, local culture & industry practices and revising the existing HR policies as per the organization need.
