This project is made to serve the community by providing a healthy hospital waste management solution to containment risk of infection and recycling plastic waste thus contributing to a circular economy, To provide standard recycled good-grade plastic that will assist the relevant industries in saving cost and energy and to contribute our quota in helping save our world from unnecessary degradation caused by buried medical waste, The revenue streams for this startup is from both service to hospitals and recycled product as raw product to plastic manufacturing industries using scientific methods, Used design thinking led strategy, Financial forecasting, Startup Burn rate, Blue Ocean Strategy, Go To Market Strategy, Market Analysis, operations & Supply chain management, HR management, Financial Planning, Cash flow statement, P & L statement, Income statement, Porter 5 forces, and Swot analysis to elevate pitch in front of investor panels.
