Description: Currently engaged with GoTo In House as a Salesforce Developer since June 2021, actively contributing to the enhancement and continual development of their legacy Salesforce CRM. Instrumental in managing extensive data sets to support sales growth. Responsible for incorporating annual strategies, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications (Impartner, Conga, Conga CLM, BOSS, Sterling), and optimizing Salesforce modules such as Sales, Service, and Community. Methodically executing tasks through Impact Analysis, Design and Solutioning, implementation, testing, and deployment processes to meet business requirements effectively.

Description: Proposing the implementation of a streamlined and user-friendly Salesforce CRM tailored to meet the diverse needs of Capita JETS, a prominent organization dedicated to providing job support to citizens in the UK. Focused on simplicity and comprehensiveness, the CRM is designed to empower users with the ability to execute various actions seamlessly. The application is constructed on Salesforce Service and Community Cloud, leveraging advanced functionalities to enhance user experience. Additionally, a robust Data Uploading process has been developed utilizing Windows batch scripts, ensuring efficient and reliable data management within the system.

This initiative, targeting approximately 200+ global users, reflects a strategic move towards a more agile platform. The proposed Salesforce CRM not only provides simplicity and ease of use but also addresses scalability concerns, offering a unified interface for data access. Furthermore, the plan includes the retirement of custom-built point solutions (TRIGGER and PACMAN) in favor of Salesforce, ensuring scalability, centralized data management, ease of maintenance, and seamless integration with diverse applications such as SQL Server, Oracle eBS, SSO (AD), LinkedIn, Outlook, and the proprietary In-house Application PACman. This strategic shift is poised to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate a cohesive, integrated environment.
