• Formulating & implementing Control System job procedures and commissioning activities including loop & functional checking of systems, Interlock and Cause & Effect diagram checking , Instrument commissioning.
• Lead of erection and commissioning of Polymer Units' BPCS , SIS, FGS and 3rd Party PLC package units.
• Lead daily support for Honeywell Process Control System (PCS) which is integrated in all plant operations including support of IT Honeywell related hardware and software, e.g., PHD server, Experion patches,IAMS Server ,AIMS Server ,Enterprise Server , Anti virus patches.
• Conduct regular risk management on Process Control Domain assets to identify non-compliance items and develop remediation plan to address gaps.
• Planning and Execution preventive maintenance schedule of control system Hardwares.
• Managing vendor contracts including maintenance and parts management contracts.
• Leads investigations related to Safety Instrumented System trips in their area of responsibility.
• Maintaining proper documentation for the process control systems (control loops,C&E diagrams, tuning spreadsheet, CSE change log,Cable schedule,wiring diagrams , Nest loading ,JB schedule etc.).

• Team member of Up gradation project of Honeywell make DCS , ESD and FGS systems of Dual feed cracker and associated units ,Polymer Units , Utilities & offsite.
• Integrated 3rd party vendor packages with DCS over Modbus and OPC.
• Led installation and commissioning of X-Force module for Alarm Management for plants.
• Led installation and commissioning of Honeywell make Web server , UHN server , DON server ,IAMS Server.
• Successfully integrated communication between different plant BPCS networks..
• Led installation and commissioning of Honeywell Remote Windows Patch & Anti-Virus Update Server.

• Lead for Procurement, Engineering ,design, erection and commissioning of Honeywell make DCS, ESD System as per engineering drawing or write-ups provided by EPCC contractor.
• Successfully completed FAT & SAT of DCS and ESD Systems.
• Designed logic from given control philosophy of equipment for DCS and ESD systems.
• Hands-on experience of commissioning and configuration of Field instruments with Foundation Field Bus.

Highlights :

• Successfully upgraded Honeywell make DCS Experion PKS to R400.8 of TDI-II complex.
• Successfully upgraded Honeywell make ESD Safety Manager to R146.1 of TDI-II complex.
• Led smooth commissioning of various field bus and SMART devices from manufacturers like Emerson, Metso, Fisher, E&H, WIKA, Vega etc.

• Performed as Shift Engineer of Continuous Polymerization Plants and associated Units i.e. Heaters, PTA conveying,compressors,Bagging etc.
