1. Leadership. Providing leadership and direction to the regiment in the absence of the Commanding Officer. Leading and supervising subordinate Officers and ensuring that the regiment operates effectively and efficiently.

2. Training and Readiness. Played a pivotal role in ensuring that the regiment is fully trained and prepared for its missions. This involves overseeing training programs, conducting readiness assessments, and ensuring that the unit is prepared for any contingencies.

3. Operations. Involved in planning and executing regimental operations, including coordinating with other units, developing operational plans, and ensuring that missions are carried out effectively and safely.

4. Administration. Managing the administrative and logistical aspects of the regiment was a key responsibility. This included overseeing the personnel matters, maintaining equipment and supplies and ensuring that the regiment is properly resourced.
