EVALUATION OF AUTOFLUORESCENCE AS HISTOLOGICAL MARKER OF NECROSIS - 11/2021, 03/2023.

Experimental thesis aimed at investigating the role of autofluorescence as a reliable and effective histological marker of necrosis in three different animal models that includes model of neuronal necrosis in pig, model of liver necrosis in the mouse, model of tumor necrosis in subcutaneous xenograft of the mouse and 10 samples were examined. Histopathology evaluation carried out utilizing standard H&E staining viewed at light microscopy, H&E, Fluorojade-C staining sections viewed at fluorescence micoscopy. Results concluded promising results in specific assessment of necrosis in animal studies.
Evaluation of Induction and Inhibition Effect of Aqueous Extract of Decalepis Hamiltonii on CYP3A -12/2012, 06/2013.
