• Worked on the Project Falcon MES (Manufacturing Execution System) that connects, monitors, and controls the complex and Data flow across the production plant. This helps improve the production output by effective execution of manufacturing operations. It is a functional information system that lies between ERP and the process control systems, giving the Manufacturer’s real-time visibility, flexibility, and insight of how to improve the operational efficiency of Manufacturing which we have implemented it on the company Rossell Techsys an Aerospace and Defence wire harnessing company based from Bengaluru,Karnataka.
• Even we have also implemented the Falcon SFT (Shop Floor Tracker) for Rossell Techsys which helps in real-time shop floor tracking, production control, quality control and lean inventory control, for just-in-time manufacturing.
• Working as a Full-time Business Analyst for ADR Axles India Pvt Ltd. based from Khed City, Pune where we have integrated the SAGE X3 ERP into our Falcon WMS application. The main objective was to increase the productivity,realtime tracking of the materials and to make it digital system instead of manual in the Warehouse.
• Visited On-Site to implement our FalconWMS application with the ADR Mobile-Racking System through HHT(Handheld) app.
• Worked as Business Analyst for Powermax Fitness Project based from where we have integrated with the Tally Prime ERP into our FalconWMS application through a Connector to sync data inbetween Tally Prime and FalconWMS.
• Have implemented the SKUBIQ WMS application which is a Saas based with a customer RPB Automotives who is a 3rd party dealer for Maruti Suzuki Service and Spare parts.

• Worked as a Support Analyst for the Project SHIPPER based on Indonesia where our Falcon WMS Application has been implemented.
• Worked as a Support Analyst for the Project MATAHARI based on Indonesia where Falcon WMS Application has been implemented.
• Worked as a Support Analyst for the Project SID which is a Cement Manufacturer Company with their own Warehouse based on Indonesia where our Falcon WMS Application has been implemented.
• Even tested the WMS Application for more than a Month to implement a bug free application.
• Came up with new ideas and features along with the wireframes to implement it on our Falcon WMS product to make the ground level operators work in easy manner through HHT as well as in WEB.
• With having all these knowledge, promoted as a Business Analyst.

Achievements:
