- This role involves integrating data from a number of data sources, improving data quality and liaising with various stakeholders within wider organization to meet reference data requirements

- Responsibilities: Maintaining the Fixed Income products database in all the internal systems and make sure all the necessary information are provided to the Financial Institution, Clearing Agent and Custodian Institution
- Database - understand, navigate and update relevant databases
- Identify and process relevant sources and markets
- Reviewing the prospectus of debt instruments
- Quality - maintain quality including data checks, spin offs/reports
- Small scopes for decision making as tasks are routine and repetitive in nature with well-defined
- Work closely with the Business Analyst team and help in integration of the systems and developing the tool/enhancing the tool
- Rectifying errors and correcting them and Handling escalations from the team during the trade flow
- Conduct root cause analysis and Impact analysis on Data change requests and Interface with vendors for data quality issues
- Preparing SOPs (standard operating procedures) and maintaining FMEA, RCA & Process Flow charts
- Implementing Lean techniques to reduce the average time of the task
- Liaise with LOB effectively to manage service delivery in line with the SLA and ADHOC situations and ensured contingency plans / flexibility in staff levels to manage workload in adverse conditions
- Maintaining SLA's (Service level agreements)
- Duly meeting the production targets and giving training to others about process and getting cross-trained on others tasks
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills
- Provide full support on new business integration as assigned from time to time.
