- Handling the day to day Stores activity including the receipt and dispensing of RM and PM.
- Monitor the unloading of material received at Stores.
- Monitor the activity as per the Receipt check list and do the update on the same.
- Perform the dispensing of Raw material as per the Production indent.
- Prepared the issuance documents as per the issuance of material.
- Monitoring cleaning of Storage area, Sampling booth and Dispensing booth. Update the recode accordingly.
- Prepared the list and segregate the material required for the loan license location.
- Coordinate with QC and Planner for the readily availability of the material for the dispensing and sending to third party (loan license location).
- Coordinate with Finance team for the preparation of dispatch documents for the material sending to the third party.
- Plan for the Vehicle with coordination of transport and Logistic team while sending the material to third party/outside.
- Perform the Verification of balance.
- Do the reconciliation of material at site level and loan license location.
- Handling of work permits for managing the operational activity.
- Act proactively toward the cGMP compliance and Audit compliance.
- Ensure to follow SOPs and cGMP procedure.
- Safe working for man and material safety.
- Use the respective PPEs while performing activity.
- Identify and control unsafe acts & conditions with CAPA.
- Report any incident / accident / near miss/ illness to the superiors.
