- Hexaware Technologies Limited, MBP, Mahape, Navi Mumbai, joined Hexaware as an Executive in January 2017.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting HR operations for Trinet, such as creating new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, job title changes, assigning benefits, deductions, pay group changes, etc.
- Assigning data, emails received to the team, coordinating, and ensuring data completion within TAT, and client communication for queries and data completion.
- Training new joiners, subordinates on process training, sharing new client updates, and taking refresher sessions with the team on various processes.

- Live monitoring processes and ticket routing to appropriate payroll contacts on Salesforce
- Preparing, signing, and distributing Record of Employment (ROE) forms on Service Canada.
