• Conducting detailed impact analysis, evaluating scope and feasibility of requirements, gap analysis, conducting knowledge transfer sessions with relevant internal stakeholders (Dev, QA, Product)
• Preparing design approach documents (FRD), POC (Proof of Concept), related artifacts (Excel Models, PowerPoint presentations, UI mock-ups, data flow diagrams, Visio documents) and user training documents for the Odessa product.
• Documenting End to End Business case scenarios in discussion with business stakeholders to facilitate testing and certification of any requirement delivery.
• Determining migration strategies, testing strategies in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders from client.
• Supporting customers in their testing through training, triaging tickets, management of ticketing logs, explaining system use and changing configurations as appropriate. Where required, provide clarity and explanation where issues reported by the client are not defects.
• Gathering feedback and requirements; communicating needed changes to the product team and overseeing seamless, high quality roll outs in time.
• Working closely with client and the internal development team to stabilize the system and making sure that SLAs are not breached.
• Sprint Planning, creating backlog based on customer feedback, market changes and business priorities.
