Detailed study of drawings and bill of materials after received the document set of equipments from OEMs. Identification of inaccuracy in documentation and damages on physical equipments undertake to resolve with assistance of OEMs. Appropriate study of OEM related documents before inspecting items by QC department and ensuring smooth co-ordination with QC department for clearance of equipments. Ensure the installation activities/execution is in line with the installation planning after completion of Pre installation checks. Building, utilizing and motivating teams to resolve technical problems and improve processes. Managing and assigning the work to manpower on daily basis. Managing the design, development, and Production and planning teams for completion of pre installation checks on time of equipments. Exceptional knowledge of health and safety standards towards the workplace. Good knowledge in manpower management and store maintenance. Providing the proper guidance to manpower at workplace to avoid the hazards/risks. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
