· Designed & developed the capability framework for all distinct roles as per functional/behavioral needs and business goals
· Conducted talent assessments & planned developmental interventions at site, function and individual level
· Conceptualized the digitalization of the entire training process - designed Virtual & Augmented Reality modules for critical site operations, gamified Induction modules, badge scanning and ARS for paperless capturing of training participation & feedback
· Ensured talent management solutions and induction programs are developed and deployed using global frameworks and local site requirements

· Designed the Succession Planning & Management Framework for the L&T group

Assistant Manager - Leadership Talent Acquisition & Special Projects May’15-Sep’16
· Managed and executed the portfolio of mandates across businesses, geographies, functions and levels (GM level & above) and closed 30+ senior positions in a year which resulted in savings of ~€ 1Mn
· Designed senior leadership mentoring program for HiPos to groom the organization’s future leaders
· Redesigned Human Resource Excellence Model (HREM model) which assessed the HR function of all the participating companies of the L&T group
