• Working with Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited since April 2024 as a Data Specialist (SME) for the process.
• Successfully implemented the WEBSHOP activity by collaborating with the client through a 3-month training program, gaining expertise in end-to-end order management processes (PO creation, proforma invoices, and invoice generation) across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
• Prepared month-end reports in Excel format for orders created and shared with the client as well AR team via email, and scheduled end-of-month calls to discuss the report.
• Worked on the Invoice Missing Fields sub-process: the onshore team sends invoices to the scanning team, who scan and send them to the invoice processing team. Here, the mandate missing details need to be updated from my end as per the process, and I sent them to the scanning team after educating the vendor and requestor via email.
• Worked on Sweden, Denmark, invoice statements and reminders, investigating and responding to vendor emails about payment status, and providing monthly reports to the client.
