Project :- HMEL Cracker Project

Worked as senior piping designer with team of 4 designer and 2 draftsman.

• Resolved complex technical problems related to piping system design and layout. One of biggest pipe size (120” Line size) in Project.
• Resolved complex technical problems related to piping system design and layout. EIL developed the pipe rack which is already done IFC before detail engineering.
• Completed engineering for almost 9000 lines within 1 Year with total team of 20 people.
• Part of 30%, 60% and 90% Model review at PMC location and Successfully closed 30%, 60% and 90% model review reports.
• Successfully completed interface activities with Vendor of Riser and down comer to smooth completion of engineering.

Project :- HPCL Mumbai refinery Project

Worked as piping designer (Did all the activities from Site visit, modelling, issue of isometrics, Issue of MTO)

In HPCL Mumbai refinery project we got contract for modification of existing facility. Worked on several small modification projects like De-congestion of Exchanger area, SEU-III Heater Job, Revamp of VDU-II Plant.

• Performed site visits to inspect existing facilities, identify potential issues, and develop solutions.
• Developed 3D models of piping systems and components to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Created isometric drawings from Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams for fabrication and installation.
• Developed bill of materials for piping systems including valves, fittings, pipes, flanges, supports, hangers.

Project :- SFCCL Project

• Preparation of Specification database for PBOMS (In house software) for SAP code generation
• Preparations of MTO from P&ID and Entering in Software database. Preparation of MTO reports like Inch dia, Inch metre, Support MTO, Paint and insulation MTO, Line wise and Item wise MTO

Project : - GCPTCL Project

Worked as piping designer

• Issued Tie in isometrics with Tie in list and Isometrics control index
• Successfully coordinated Tie in isometrics erection by visiting site at Bharuch
• Completed Piping detail engineering activities for GCPTCL Project for Blending Unit, Gantry area and Fin fan heater area
• Issued Equipment layout, Isometrics and GADs for all area to client
• Successfully released Piping MTO, Specialty MTO and Work volume.
