3.Bill of material :-Taking feedback engg./design departments in case of any change in bill of material & modifying the same with change number history.

4.work centers :- Creation and maintenance of work center with capacity data,capacity categories,available capacity,customizing parameters.

5.Routings :- Creation and maintenance of routings in case of any change in process flow of products.

• Worked on Quality Management module, in the creation MIC’s, Inspection plans, Inspection lot and Goods Receipt.
• Worked with cross functional module in the aspects of Purchase order creation, Goods Receipt with MM, and Sales order creation, Delivery with SD.
• Preparation of Training Documentation and Training to Power and End Users.
• Activating/ deactivating CIF integration models, inserting plants, BOM, material in CIF model.

• Planning, scheduling, coordinating and approving Kit release to the production planning based on material availability.
• Master schedule preparation for new models & follow up the implementation activities. Monitoring the sales shipping plan against the shipping confirmation provided by the sales department. Preparing Manpower requirement against the Sales demand and same will be circulated in Meeting to all departments.
• Monitoring daily production o/p status against production plan & shipment delivery status against shipping notice.
• Preparing every month Inventory analysis report (Aging report)/ liability report for EOL projects to sales. Monitoring inventory control for both FG & SFG stocks in warehouse without crossing Performance Index.
• Shipping confirmation provided considering our Warehouse SFG stock, in transit stock, and also our production capacity.
