● Lead & manage a team of Backend Tele-callers / Asst. Manager and Field Executives.
● Set performance targets and monitor the team's performance against those targets.
● Responsible for monthly recovery & bucket targets delievery as per business demand.
● Develop and implement effective field collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize recoveries.
● Allocation allotment to the team.
● Analysis data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Coordinate with other departments, e.g. Risk Compliance & Training/Quality) to ensure a cohesive approach to collections.
● Opetimize field collection processes to enahnce effciancy and effitveness. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of collections activities and performance matrics.
● Enusre Projections & DRR achievment on reguler basis as per monthly ROR / Bucket targets.
● Utilize technology and automation to streamline the field process.
● Ensure field collection activities comply with relevent laws, regulations and company policies.
● Oversee the resolution of High-Value & Disputed cases. Maintained a customer centric approach.
● Ensure field collection executive intraction with customer profressionally & ethically.
