• Preparing a weekly payment checklist for the scheduled payments, and handling utility invoices with priority to avoid business interruptions, reviewing the duplicate payments, and taking action on the recovery.
• Monthly forecast report and paid data for intercompany and OG vendor transactions.

• Preparation of GRIR and proposing the write-off for aged entries.

• Macro for invoice and related supporting submission to the bank.
• Setting up a cap and error-triggering notification for late submission in Concur claims from employees.
