• Role and Responsibilities:
• 1. To create fully functional Dashboard and Report using custom visuals that help the claims team to analysed, the losses in the report of the claim, to analyses the location wise request, notify the status of claims, and daily requests received for the Loss Runs Reports to the Branch Holders, the broker on record & on-broker on record.
• 2. main objective of this project is to create fully functional Dashboard and Report which helps claims team study unstructured data and handle claims status.
• 3. It has various domains for this business process, and I created Reports for 3 domains and created dashboards using Power BI.
• 4. Types of reports covered are Monthly claims updated, claims in progress status, location-wise claim status, Claims of specific values, location-wise count of mail.
• 5. Extensively worked on creating Report & dashboard interactive layouts and appealing graphics.
• 6. Used various sources to pull data into Power BI such as SQL Server and Excel.
• 7. Created Power Bi report to demonstrate Tabular Visualization, Matrix Visualization, Funnel Chart, and Pie Chart on Country/Provisions and State wise also.
• 8. Used Time-Based Intelligence Calculations including Total YTD, Total MTD, Last Year, Two years back, Year Over Year (YoY) growth percentage. Implemented Role-Based and Row Level Security as part of security. Used Power BI Gateways to keep dashboards and reports up to date.

Role and Responsibilities:

Working for BT as Switch Engineer for the provisioning of PSTN, and ISDN lines for customers.

To resolve queries related to PSTN, and ISDN lines with the help of mail & also take inbound voice calls.

• Analyses values of equity, Mutual fund securities in client’s portfolio.
• Taking care of daily expedited requests sent by clients & requests are fulfilled
• To resolve queries related to customers' accounts and to make balanced account.
• To Settle accounts of shareholders.
