Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provided regular updates to team leadership on quality metrics by communicating consistency problems or production deficiencies.
• Developed monthly, end-of-quarter and other statistical reports for leadership team and quality improvement programs.
• ·Developed training materials, SOPs and work instructions to supplement new team member onboarding.
• Inspected finished goods to verify conformance with customer specifications and company quality standards.

Projects:

• Error Reversal Framework: It is a structured approach to streamline the error reversal system. It will benefit both Ops & Q-Ops to have timely closure of error reversal to report the correct metrics. Error reversal framework will have clearly defined RACI, TAT, governance mechanism, communication methods, frequency and visibility to Ops and Q-Ops partners and stakeholders thus ensuring no delay in Error reversal closure.
• Non DG Awareness (Javascript ): created a Tampermonkey script which will automatically show popup if the product type is Non-DG as per the Non-DG Awareness PPT which will help the reviewer to identify product quickly as Non-DG and classify the product as Non-DG.
• Decree Tech Result validation: The project idea was to create a VBA macro tool to automate the decree tech result validation against existing polices which will identify incorrect output/behavior of the policy at ASIN level.

• Identifier : (Javascript) created a tamper monkey script which will automatically show popup if the Ops reviewer miss to follow the SOP for Unable to Classify (UTC) Burn Down (BD) and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) DG Seller Enrolment (SE) cases in paragon tool. It will help the Auditors to identify the defects without manual interventions.
• Reporting Automations: Created the multiple tools/ dashboards to present Weekly/ monthly business review data to leadership and to see the trend. These reporting automations will save the manual effort and increase the accuracy.
