In the role of Legal Compliance Consultant at ADA Law Associates, I worked primarily on ensuring that the client's operations adhered to legal standards and were in compliance with applicable laws.

• Executed legal compliance audits for clients in oil and gas exploration and production, generation of electricity, manufacturing plants, and corporate offices, and identified crucial observations to assist them in adhering to applicable laws.
• Re-validation of compliance tool data for clients in minor ports, manufacturing plants, corporate offices, and others.
• Advised clients on legal matters, and mitigating risk, while ensuring adherence to regulations.
• I got promoted to Senior Legal Compliance Consultant, and in addition to the above, I managed and trained a team of 10-15 trainees and interns, leading projects from inception to delivery.

As a Legal Associate at JTVR Associates, my responsibilities included providing legal advice to clients, drafting contracts, petitions, and legal notices, and investigating the cases. In this position at this firm, I was focusing on the litigation part so as to expand my exposure in the legal field. It allowed me to develop skills to handle matters in court and understand their criticality at the pre-filing stage. I primarily performed the following tasks here:

• Drafted and reviewed commercial contracts to ensure legal compliance, and due diligence.
• Drafted and sent legal notices to the other parties of the case.
• Handled cases of loan recovery and settlement, divorce cases, road accidents, property matters, etc.

I interned at LexCare during my degree tenure and performed the following tasks:

• Preparation of Checklists and List of documents for laws relating to Environment, Labour, Taxation and Corporate categories.
• Capturing legal updates for countries like India, Switzerland, the UK, and the USA, etc.
• Assisted in the preparation of draft audit reports for legal compliance audits.
• I accompanied the audit team to various locations of an automobile manufacturing client and assisted in performing the legal compliance audit.
• I have also conducted tool audits for different clients by verifying critical documents.

Worked on the accounting of missed credits from the bills between the clients and their vendors. I joined the Accounts Receivables team as a fresher and assisted in the identification of credit.
