· Employee induction & on-boarding: Train and welcome new hires on the first day of orientation, served as liaison between management and employees.
· HR Letters: Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter Appraisal Letter to the newly joined employees and maintaining track of the same.
· Payroll: Coordinating for Payroll by providing necessary inputs of data collected.
· HR Reports: Responsible for generating HR-MIS Reports like monthly induction analysis feedback report, Recruitment tracker, Background check report and presenting them to management.
· Performance Appraisals: Assist in performance appraisals as per company norms. Follow 360-degree programme.
