• Responsible for Lateral Hiring for Finance (Controllership & Business Finance), BFSI (BD, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Collections & Analytics, Underwriting, Lending Operations, Risk Analytics, Inbound etc) and Legal, IT & HR roles.
